Earlier this week, we published a story about the Reader’s Digest list of 14 dangerous exercises for athletes over 50. The list included things like deadlifting, squatting with weights, burpees and pull-ups.
We know that to be completely false so we invited all Masters athletes to post videos partaking in these “dangerous movements” to tag Reader’s Digest along the way. And you did not disappoint.
Here are 15 athletes over 50 (and one over 40), proving just how healthy those 14 exercises are for their bodies.
