Just released…”Ogar: Will of Steel,” a new documentary by CrossFit Media which follows Kevin Ogar’s journey to become the first adaptive athlete to join the CrossFit L1 seminar staff. Ogar was paralyzed from the waist down in 2014 after a snatch went horribly wrong.

MORE HURRICANE HARVEY SUPPORT

The CrossFit Central Houston family gathered at the box to help cleanup, then they headed to family members’ houses and supported the community at large.

Noah Ohlsen and Alex Anderson are raffling off a bunch of cool things like signed jerseys, ROMWOD memberships, Nike Metcons, and RPM jump ropes, and all the money is going to support Harvey victims.

Jonathon Shelton, co-owner of CrossFit Waco, says that because of a boom in tourism to downtown Waco, TX his property taxes have increased from $7,700 in 2014 to $26,000 this year due to property value increases, and that’s resulted in higher membership fees.September is National Recovery Month…and to kick it off, CrossFit St. Helens brought athletes together to share their recovery story.
