2020 CrossFit Games Stage 1 Workouts

The 2020 CrossFit Games kicks off on Friday, September 18 in local boxes across the globe. Sixty male and female athletes will have around 48 hours to complete each workout and athletes can only perform each workout once.
The top 5 male and female athletes will advance to an in-person competition in Aromas, CA the week of October 18-25.

21 thrusters
21 chest-to-bar pull-ups

15 strict deficit handstand push-ups

500-m run
15 overhead squats
15 bar-facing burpees
W 125lb/57kg M 185lb/84kg
Max handstand hold within a 4ft x 4ft box. Athletes will have 20 minutes to make as many attempts as they would like.
