Instead of thinking about what you could have done, change your thinking to what you can do right now.

We often think about what if I would have done this or that how our lives would be different or better.

What if you started fill-in-the-blank action today. Where would that take you? What goals would you be able to achieve?

What if you consistently got up earlier or tracked your nutrition or hit the weight room or worked your weaknesses. What could you accomplish then?

The “what ifs” of the past will never help you, but the “what ifs” of the future change your focus to this moment right now. What can you start right here, right now?
