Jerk PR…

Slowly getting back into the swing of things after a few weeks on holidays - Lots of sight seeing, driving, eating, and drinking! So was pretty pleased to get a Jerk 3RM PR this morning...

The 85kgs felt good, and I possibly could have pushed to 90... but for me, slow progress is good progress - because I can maintain it.
This was followed by some cleans (also 3RM) and then row sprints. Nice way to kick the week off.
