CrossFit recently announced changes to the 2023 Games season structure, which included a few updates for the team division. Morning Chalk Up’s Lauren Kalil sits down with Dex Hopkins and Chase Ingraham to discuss how the return of Super Teams could potentially add more interest to the division…at least on paper.
