Sugary drinks were also linked to a rise in insulin resistance, which is known to be a risk factor of type 2 diabetes. However, diet versions of fizzy drinks did not increase the risk of developing the condition, experts found.”

CrossFit Edify in Ammon, Idaho honored the memory of a local woman who died of multiple sclerosis with a friendly competition: “We’re here honoring the fact that we have bodies to use, and that we’re strong and that we get to be here and take each day and make it the best that we can.”
