WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU HIT THE BOX

Caitlin is 33 weeks pregnant and still getting in her regular WODs at CrossFit OC3. Patrick Vellner and Marie-Emilie Perreault won the Atlas Games. The top two male athletes at the Nike Iceland Throwdown refused to take drug tests after taking first and second and were disqualified and banned from any competitions for two years. With the big guns sitting out in the female division, Thuri Helgadottir won the Nike Iceland Throwdown, Anna Olafsdottir and Sólveig Sigurdardóttir took 2nd and 3rd. Can you partner power clean 365 pounds? Lauren Fisher helped her mom get her first strict pull-up. Ben Smith went for an hour long bike ride. Maddy Myers hits a 335 pound back squat PR. Emily Bridgers’ Black Friday workout tradition is perhaps the worst post Thanksgiving WOD we’ve ever seen. Four-time Atlantic Regional athlete Casey Haines snatches 315 pounds. Alexis Johnson retested Open WOD 13.4 and improved by 65 reps. Jamie Hagiya is holding her own basketball camp in Carson, CA next week. Tia-Clair Toomey PRed her snatch with what appears to be 200 pounds.
Give Event 12 of the Dubai Fitness Championship a try…3000kg/2100kg snatch for time, every 10 reps back squat 200kg/140kg. Athlete can choose their snatch weight (no, we’re not converting all that for you!)
