On it. Introducing Gourmaleo (gor-MAY-lee-O), a 5-year-old women-owned business based in Dallas, TX and serving the DFW area for chef-driven prepared paleo meals. Yeah, that’s a combination of gourmet + paleo. A classically trained French Pastry Chef, Chef Tricia Lewis started the company specifically to help busy folks like you and me stay on track even while running around our 9 to 5. Well sometimes we need a little something in between meals so she created these paleo snack boxes so you wouldn’t have to worry about grabbing a slice of pizza while staying late at the office. Here’s the best part. While all the ingredients are locally sourced, they’re shipping nationwide.

STORY SERIES: How has CrossFit helped you achieve a goal?

“I was 48, weighing 320 pounds and on daily medication for blood pressure, gout, and depression. I was tired of being tired and decided it was time to make a lifestyle change. I ventured into the world of CrossFit not really knowing what it was all about…hooked immediately! The weight started to come off, my fitness and confidence levels went up, and the prescribed medications went away completely. Goal #1 achieved. I dropped 90 pounds. Goal #2 crushed. Now 51, I’m the fittest I’ve ever been.” — Tony Atwater, Earned Not Given CrossFit in Farmington, MI
