WOD Through Grief and Death — The mother of a 17-year-old who committed suicide is coming back to host the second annual fundraiser for suicide prevention at CrossFit Influence in Wapella, Missouri. “My whole family does CrossFit. Evan did it for a little bit. His brothers do. It’s kind of a family thing…It’s not about money, it’s about gathering because in numbers we are strong…Our child was an amazing young man. He would give people rides in his car, he’d buy your lunch even if he was out of his own lunch money.”
