This week I dropped into No Excuses CrossFit in Buford Georgia, located 35 miles northeast of Atlanta in Suwanee, which was named best places to live in the country by Money Magazine. No Excuses CrossFit affiliated in 2008 and is located in an industrial park with excellent parking and good signage. This is a massive space at over 11,000 square feet, loaded with the following equipment;

  • Three pull up rigs
  • 40 barbells — from 15 pounds to 45 pounds
  • Three bathrooms
  • 30 parking places
  • 15 rowing machines, five Assault Bikes, two ski ergs
  • Dumbbells  from five pounds to 100 pounds
  • Kettlebells from nine pounds to 88 pounds
  • 200-meter loop behind the building for running
  • 16 back squat stations
  • Kitchen area with full-size refrigerator, microwave and sink….

They also have a huge retail area with everything you need to compliment your fitness. They sell Ascent Protein, SFH, and Progenex supplements. The pro shop also includes Kill Cliff, T-shirts, tank tops, hats, wrist wraps, and headbands. No Excuses also features a vending machine with snacks for athletes and children.
