22 Questions with Adrian Bozman: Whisky Cocktails, Harleys, Christian Bale and Stockholm

He is the new mastermind, the mad genius behind the workouts and we got our first taste of the Adrian Bozman era at the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games. For years Bozman served as a seminar staff member and the head judge at the Games, but with high level staff changes this year, moved into the spotlight as the lead programmer and Director of Competition.
His iteration of the Games reached back to some of the fundamentals laid out in early CrossFit Journal articles and played on his own history as a coach in the Bay area, while challenging athletes with new (read: old) movements that had not been seen in the Games before. And don’t forget the iconic programming that laid out The Capitol, an event that will go down in Games history.
But who is the man behind the mustache and the tattoos? Morning Chalk Up sat down with “Boz” to find out what makes him tick, who he is when he’s not programming, and what are some things people don’t know about the new man in charge.
