World Fitness Project and Navy SEAL Foundation Partner for Project 1 Workout on Coronado Beach

November 20, 2025 by

In partnership with the Navy SEAL Foundation, the World Fitness Project (WFP) will host a community event on Saturday, November 22, at Lifeguard Station 4C on Coronado Beach, CA. The event will feature WFP’s Project 1 workout and is open to anyone interested in participating.

  • The first heat will start at 9:00 a.m. PST.

The workout will be held on hallowed ground for every Navy SEAL, and is meant to raise awareness and funds for the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF).

  • The Foundation is committed to supporting the warriors and families of Naval Special Warfare (NSW).

About the Navy SEAL Foundation

Founded in 2000, the NSF is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit dedicated to supporting active-duty and veteran members of the NSW community and their families. The organization leads the way in providing essential care through more than 30 comprehensive programs organized under five pillars: Strength, Resilience, Health, Education, and Community.

  • They work to help soldiers transition successfully to civilian life, and to support their families at every step. In the tragic event that a service member does not return home, they help those left behind.

While the workout is free, donations are highly encouraged, and everything collected from this event will go directly to the Foundation. If you cannot attend and want to contribute to the NSF, donations can be made on the NSF website here.
