How to Watch the CrossFit French Throwdown

Jun 25, 2019 by

The final Sanctional weekend is just a few days away as the CrossFit French Throwdown gets ready to kick off three days of competition at the Vélodrome National in Montigney-le-Bretonneaux, France.

It’s the final chance to earn an invite to the 2019 CrossFit Games, and one man, one woman, and one team will earn that distinction once the three days of competition come to a close. In case you aren’t able to make it out to France for a sweet summertime fitness vacation, here’s how you can watch all the action and stay up to date on the competition.

Livestream

Live coverage of every heat of Elite individuals and Elite teams as well as competition commentary in French and English will be free and streamed on Facebook and YouTube. Fans can access the stream through the French Throwdown website or directly through the French Throwdown YouTube and Facebook pages.

Event Schedule

We’ve got a spiffy new Sanctional event portal that we’re proud to present to you complete with a description of each day’s events, as well as start time breakdowns automatically displayed in your local time. You’ll also be able to access the event leaderboard and website as well directly through the portal.

Social Media

On top of the livestream coverage, you’ll be able to get additional highlights and news from the event via their social media channels. The French Throwdown instagram will be covering heat winners, short highlight videos of the competition and the event atmosphere, and each evening there will be curated recap videos from the day’s events.

The Morning Chalk Up will be onsite for the event bringing you extensive coverage of the competition from the venue as well. We’ll be posting highlights, interviews, and updates through our Instagram, Facebook, and CrossFit Games portal. Per usual we’ll also be including coverage in our daily edition, which you can subscribe to here.
