Using grips can save your hands from getting a beatdown or tearing when you’re new to gymnastics training or are doing high rep training or workouts. Invictus Gymnastics Coach, Travis Ewart, shares his tips on the proper way to use grips to protect your hands along with some thoughts on whether or not they should be used on the rig and rings.
