Noah Ohlsen and Lauren Weeks Win First-Ever LT Games

During a packed weekend that included the Down Under Championship and the ATHX Games, the LT Games made its debut in Minneapolis, MN, and featured some absolutely fierce competition.
- The event showcased a lineup of CrossFit and HYROX competitors, helping put the LT Games, sponsored by apparel brand Ten Thousand, on the map.
Among those taking part were Alec Smith, Noah Ohlsen, Cole Sager, Nico Bedon, and Nicolette Torreggiani, alongside hybrid athletes Lauren Weeks, Dylan Scott, and Jack Driscoll.
Remind me: The LT Games, part of the Life Time Fitness premium gym brand, features 17 stations that test agility, strength, and power.
The format is a “pick-your-poison” workout, where athletes can complete the stations in any order and break it up as they see fit.

The results: The men’s podium was dominated by Ten Thousand brand athletes, with Noah Ohlsen taking first place with a time of 39:03. He was followed by Dylan Scott at 40:22 and Jake Driscoll at 40:46.
On the women’s side, Lauren Weeks took first in the division and overall, with a time of 35:59. Terra Jackson was second at 39:28, and Janelle Teal took third with a time of 41:34.
What they’re saying: After his win, Ohlsen shared his feelings on the competition on social media.
- “This weekend, I had the opportunity to participate in the first-ever Life Time Games! Given that it’s a brand new concept, I only had a couple of weeks to familiarize myself with this ‘choose your own adventure’ hybrid fitness race,” Ohlsen said.
“Essentially, you make your way through 17 different stations,” Ohlsen continued, “and opt for a light, medium, or heavy option at each. They all equate to the same total amount of work being done, no matter which you choose. The heavier you go, the fewer reps you do, and vice versa.”
In training, Ohlsen ran the workout three times and settled on the following format:
- 1,000-meter run
- 55 deadlifts (185 pounds)
- 1,000-meter row
- 50 wall balls (20 pounds)
- 1,000-meter ski
- 42 box jump overs (24 inches)
- 600-meter run
- 64 shoulder-to-overhead (95 pounds)
- 600-meter row
- 25 box step overs (24 inches with 40 pounds)
- 600-meter ski
- 25 burpee box jump overs (24 inches)
- 400-meter run
- 58 double dumbbell ground-to-overhead (35 pounds)
- 400-meter row
- 10 dball over shoulder (40 pounds)
- 200-meter run
Ohlsen added: “Grateful to have come out on top at the inaugural event and genuinely enjoyed the experience enough to want to do it again next season. Kudos to the Life Time Games team for hosting a stellar event!”
