Haley Adams Joins Red Bull Roster Heading Into the 2026 Season
Fan-favorite CrossFit Games athlete Haley Adams has earned her “wiiings” as a Red Bull athlete, the energy drink giant announced recently.
- She joins an elite roster alongside fellow competitive fitness athletes Laura Horvath, Jonne Koski, Victor Hoffer, Luka Ðukić, and Noah Ohlsen.
As Adams heads into the 2026 season, she’ll do so wearing a Red Bull cap and backed by the global brand.
First up for the nine-time CrossFit Games competitor (three times as a teen and six as an Individual) is the Open in three weeks, followed by Quarterfinals and then the Mayhem Classic on her home turf in Cookeville, Tennessee. She says she’s already excited about the entire season.
- “The last couple of months have just been kind of grinding in the quiet and the off-season mode. I feel a lot better right now than I have in a long time this time of year. So I’m just really excited to have a solid base going into this year,” Adams told the Morning Chalk Up.
She looks to the Mayhem Classic as a competition at which she’ll thrive, and in her words, she’s feeling “really good right now – happy, healthy, fit, and (she) thinks it’s going to be a good season.” She acknowledges that she’s much more prepared this season, compared to last, and she’s confident her performance will reflect that.
Looking Back
Several years ago, as the 2023 season approached, Adams felt she needed a break from competition.
While this was a major letdown for the many fans who love watching her compete, the hope was that it was a temporary pause in her career rather than a retirement.
Fans were elated when Adams began teasing a comeback for the 2024 season, training with Hailey and Josh Murillo to prepare for the 2024 Open, which led to the Quarterfinals, the Syndicate Crown, and finally the CrossFit Games.
Adams shares that over the last ten years, and most especially over the last three, she has learned so much and has finally come to understand what a healthy balance truly means for her.
- “I feel like every year has been different – 2024 brought something different, last year was different, and then I feel like this year’s gonna be different. But I think I’ve almost got a lot of it figured out – how to balance things but also be super dialed and not too far off the handles,” Adams said
She continued, “I can still work to be the best athlete I can be, but also have balance outside of the gym. It’s taken me three years now, but hopefully it all comes together this year.”
She says she’s learned that you can’t train hard 100% of the time without inevitably burning out. But the flip side is true as well. To be the best, a certain amount of grinding is necessary. And this season, she has it figured out.
Enter Red Bull
When discussing her new partnership with Red Bull, Adams’ face lights up and she says it is “the most exciting thing that has happened for her.”
The brand’s scope is worldwide, and she recognizes that this relationship means she must be doing something right, and she feels validated: while she’s made some tough choices in her career, they’ve been the right ones.
When asked how this new sponsorship impacts her mindset heading into the 2026 season, she states:
- “It makes me feel more equipped and more supported because they go above and beyond for their athletes. I know that I have an amazing company behind me that will help with anything that I need, but also I still want to do my best and work my hardest because I’m supporting this brand in return,” Adams said.
When asked if she feels an added pressure to perform now that she’s on the Red Bull athlete roster, she replied that it’s actually the opposite.
- “It takes off pressure because from the start, like they made it known that they have seen my athletic performances, but they believe in me as a person, making me feel like they’re by my side no matter what. So it’s not pressure in a bad way, only in that I want to make them proud,” Adams concluded.
So will she be rocking the hat or the headband? She told us both, and she can’t wait.
