FloSports Hands Out More Than $25,000 in Prize Money to Athletes in All Divisions at the CrossFit Games
Subscription-based sports media company FloSports has been streaming the 20th CrossFit Games via FloElite all week, but that’s not all they’ve been doing. They have also been hosting a Daily Recap Show every night on YouTube, and handing out a Performance of the Day award each day to a deserving athlete who shows grit and resilience.
And it’s not just individual athletes who are receiving the accolade and cash prize; masters athletes, teenagers, adaptive athletes and teams are also included in the initiative.
The Details
In total, FloSports will award $18,000 to individual athletes and teams, $4,500 to masters athletes, and $1,500 to adaptive and teenage athletes.
- Each day during the masters competition, FloSports chose one man and one woman to earn the Performance of the Day award, along with a $750 cash prize, while the daily adaptive and teenage prize is $500, and individual and team winners have been earning $1,500.
On Wednesday, Moritz Fiebig and Aline Wirz were the recipients of the award and $1,500; on Friday, Colten Mertens and Paige Rodgers were the winners, and on Saturday Hannah Black and Jay Crouch were the recipients.
The six masters athletes who won the award this week were Susan Clarke, Kosta Ilic, Lisa Fuafiva, Rowan Lowe, Kelly Friel and Zoe Fiala.
The Big Picture

We sat down with the FloSports team, who assured us this is only the beginning of their push into CrossFit, as well as other fitness-based sports.
- “CrossFit is exactly the kind of sport FloSports was built to serve. For years, Flo has invested in passionate communities that deserve deeper storytelling, consistent live coverage, and a platform dedicated to helping their sport grow,” said Adam Armstrong, FloSports’ VP of Global Partnerships.
He added: “Our investment in CrossFit is a commitment to the community and a mission to expand coverage of the sport through broad distribution and year-round content.”
