XENOM Heads to Miami Beach in December
XENOM will host its third Decathlon of Fitness at the Miami Beach Convention Center from December 19–20, 2026.

We’re proud to add XENOM to that story’s history by creating an arena where athletes of every level can test themselves in the same arena, against the same standard, and leave with something they’ll carry long after the competition is over,” said XENOM founder Keith Barlow.

- Also new for London, XENOM announced the introduction of a “Mixed Pairs” division in which “001 male and 001 female athlete will take on all 010 events together, sharing the load.”

XENOM, which features 10 fixed fitness tests and three competitive divisions (elite, Rx, and compete), held its inaugural event at The Star in Frisco, TX, in June and will head to Olympia in London, England, on August 29–30 for its second event.
CrossFit Games athletes Jack Farlow and Abbie Domit won the elite divisions in Frisco, set the first XENOM world records with 7,688 and 8,076 points, respectively, and took home a $25,000 cash prize.
Should an athlete break their records in London, they will earn a $10,000 cash prize. If the record doesn’t drop, half of that money will roll over to Miami, where the pot will increase to $15,000.
The Big Picture
Barlow revealed his concept for XENOM to the CrossFit community in February, and in just a few months, XENOM has secured three world-class venues in three prominent cities and attracted both lifestyle and CrossFit athletes to compete at its event.
There is excitement in the community around XENOM that we haven’t seen in a while, and CrossFit enthusiasts will now have a third opportunity to showcase their skills on the big stage in Miami in December.
