Coach Chris Hinshaw joined the Morning Chalk Up update studio to discuss Event 1 at Wodapalooza, the 5K beach run.
“Tia, on paper, is really remarkable, but if we look at Tia and her performances in Open workouts, she’s subpar. These workouts are kinda Open-style workouts. I was a little surprised with her performance this morning.”
