Rich Froning’s World Record 19.2 Video

Keep in mind that Rich Froning hasn’t been cleaning heavy due to a hurt meniscus which he had surgery on during the off season. At Wodapalooza earlier this year, he hit a 345 pound clean and jerk, which is the heaviest he’d cleaned in a year-and-a-half.
Froning’s time of 15:58 is the current fastest in the world and bests his 16.2 time by 1:02.
