When COVID closed schools last year, Jeremy and Bethany Bodenhamer were left, like many parents, trying to figure out what to do with their three boys, Titus (9), Solomon (8), and Jeremiah (6), at home all day.

  • “There was no place for kids to go,” Jeremy says, speaking to the closing of parks, playgrounds, and tracks.

So, Jeremy stepped in as the boys’ at-home physical education teacher, leading 7 AM runs as part of the 100-mile club and after school in their garage, CrossFit workouts.
