Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Strict Toes to Bar
Rest 5 minutes
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps for Time:
Bench Press (Bodyweight)
Strict Pull-Ups

Home Version Alternatives:
V-Ups instead of Toes to Bar.
DB Floor Press or Deficit Push Ups instead of Bench Press.
Ring Rows instead of Pull-Ups.
