Well, well, well, what do we have here? An Open repeat shows up in week two, and Dave Castro gives us two of the quarantine fitness MVPs: The burpee and the dumbbell. 

17.1 you just couldn’t stay away could you? 

Week one of the Open went off relatively without a hitch, and here is some great news, if anyone’s shoulders are still sore from all those wall walks, the burning hellfire in the hamstrings and low back that comes with 150 dumbbell snatches and 75 burpee box jump-overs make you forget all about those silly shoulders.
