5 Rounds for Time:
25/20 Calorie Row
20 DB Snatch (50/35lbs or 22.5/15kg)
10 Single Arm DB Overhead Squats (50/35lbs or 22.5/15kg)
*Rest 1 min after each round
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Some advice from Ben: “The minute rest is there so you can row a little harder than you want to. Try not to put the dumbbell down! Took me 16:02.”
