2022 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival Final Payouts
The 2022 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival came to a close late Sunday night with 25 individual male and female athletes walking away with a paycheck. However, it was Patrick Vellner and Emma Mcquaid that had the distinction of taking home an oversized check to the tune of $100,000 each for winning their respective divisions.
One big thing: The $100,000 purse for the elite division winners was the highest payout in the history of the ten-year event and the third-highest prize purse to ever be paid from a CrossFit competition behind the CrossFit Games ($310,000 in 2021) and the 2021 Rogue Invitational ($256,380).
- The total prize purse for Wodapalooza was $480,000 which includes the $1,000 payouts to individual athletes for event wins and the payouts to the top-five teams in the male and female teams.
