2022 CrossFit Games Ticket Sale Details
In an email update to fans, CrossFit revealed that tickets to the 2022 CrossFit Games in Madison, WI will go on sale to the general public Monday, March 28, while affiliates can earn early access starting on Thursday, March 24. The tickets will be sold on Ticketmaster.
One big thing: CrossFit is continuing its tradition of offering affiliates with 12 or more athletes participating in the Open early access to secure tickets, a practice that began years ago as a way to incentivize Open registration. Traditionally, tickets for the coliseum sold out quickly, though in 2019 and 2021 tickets were still available close to the event.
- Affiliates can purchase up to eight Festival + Coliseum Packages and an unlimited number of Festival-Only Packages during the presale.
One big thing: This could be the final year the CrossFit Games is held in Madison, WI, as CrossFit is currently reviewing bids from cities to host the 2023-2027 Games. However, according to the RFP, Madison will remain the host city “through 2022 at a minimum” opening the door for the possibility to stay through the 2023 Games.
