After failing to qualify for the 2022 CrossFit Games by just one spot at the Lowlands Throwdown Semifinal, Sara Sigmundsdottir is back and ready to make another run at the Games.
Morning Chalk Up’s Lauren Kalil sits down with Sigmundsdottir for an exclusive interview during a Spacer Mobility (who sponsors the Icelandic athlete) Yacht tour in Miami ahead of TYR Wodapalooza, where she’ll compete both individually and on a team.
