It is a long weekend in Fort Worth for the 2024 CrossFit Games, and if you want to make it through, you better caffeinate. 

Luckily, there are many local options to visit while you are in town. Here is a selection of what Fort Worth offers to perk you up and put a spring in your step.

Ampersand has two Fort Worth locations: One is just a stone’s throw from the Dickie’s Arena and offers a modern twist to your coffee experience. 

  • Winners of multiple best coffee shop awards in the area, they are a friendly coffee shop by day and a fun cocktail lounge at night.

White Rhino was founded in 2007 in Cedar Hill, TX, to create a space where community members could connect with neighbors over coffee. 

  • They source their beans from innovative regions worldwide and roast them in small batches from their roastery in nearby Dallas. You can also skip the line by ordering online on their website.

Founded in 2012, Ascension Coffee proudly opened its first location in the Design District and now has several locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

  • The cafe strives to be a warm and relaxing place and offers responsibly sourced coffee with a focus on supporting women farmers.

In addition to an extensive coffee menu, they offer an all-day breakfast menu, light sandwiches, salads and bowls, and wine. Although Ascension is only open on the weekend, it is still worth a visit for their brunch and coffee.

The Crude Craft Coffee Bar prides itself on serving exceptional coffee sourced from the finest beans, as well as artisanal pastries and hearty breakfast options. 

The inside is cozy and rustic, and it is located about 10 minutes away from Dickie’s Arena.
