Fritz Nugent
Fritz has been coaching for over a decade with expertise in sprinting and running technique, track and field events), Olympic Weightlifting, and Strongman training. He also coached a small team of female wildland firefighters. His greatest coaching asset is his well-tuned eye for quality movement and barbell technique along with his growing arsenal of short and actionable cues to help clients make small improvements. He a big believer in the power of the long game – that these small improvements add up and pay dividends to long-term gains and support athletes through their fitness journeys. His coaching philosophy is centered around these 3 principles: 1) Movement is paramount; 2) Minimum effective dose; and 3) Everyone’s path is unique. Those are the principles that he instills in both his athletes and coaches that he teaches through Invictus University.
