Dear Erin Dale Carr,

I hope one day your little girl or boy doesn’t get bullied or teased, by you or others, because they look different. I pray one day that you understand a woman/man can look any way they desire as long as they truly love themselves for who they are.

I love being strong, sexy and defined. It’s flattering. I am completely secure and in love with the way I look. But it’s not the way I look that I am completely in love with. It’s how strong I am that I am more in love with. The defined muscles just come along with the process. I am who I am because I built my body to be like this. It took several years of sweat, tears and victories. And I am happy with my little sexy muscular body regardless of others opinions.

What’s not okay is that you are being a bully.

It’s how strong I am that I am more in love with. The defined muscles just come along with the process. I am who I am because I built my body to be like this.

This could backfire on you. Not everyone is as secure with the way they look. If you were to ever say this to the wrong person and they hurt themselves, shame on you. People are beautiful inside and out regardless of what they look like. You have to see that. If you ever do, you will be set free of your hatred. I hope one day you are set free and see the different type of beautiful women and men in this world.

I hope one day you find the love in your heart to think before you speak. And If you cannot say a nice word then don’t say anything at all.

Alyssa.
