Overview

This week I visited CrossFit Kings Point located in Orlando Florida. I scheduled an early morning drop-in and was told to ask for coach Zach Mosbarger to get all checked in. As I pulled into the parking space in front of the entrance I was thoroughly impressed by the signage and overall presence of the entryway. As I walked through the front door, I could not get over how massive this place was. Over 7,000 square feet of fitness under one roof!

The 5:00 AM class was in the midst of their WOD and looked miserable. I knew I was in the right place!!! They have a huge Pure-Strength rig accompanied by Rogue plates, dumbbells, and kettlebells. This place is a must see when visiting central Florida!

They offer several programs including; CrossFit, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and individual programing design for peak performance. One particular thing also stood out to me regarding their retail, in particular everything is done through a Shopify account…. few gyms I have visited around the country provide services such as this.

Additionally, they host competitions all around the central Florida area, mostly to raise monies for Toys for Tots.

How to drop in

After searching the area on CrossFit, I found and dropped them an email from their main page. The owner Matthew Kolozsvary responded almost immediately with instructions on how to drop-in and specific classes drop-ins are welcome. Here is a link to their Drop-In Page.
