2022 CrossFit Individual Quarterfinals Test Descriptions

The 2022 CrossFit Games Quarterfinal workouts are officially released. Unlike during the CrossFit Open, the five workout scores are due periodically throughout the competition, which wraps up Sunday, March 27 at 12:00 PM PT.

Score submission schedule:

  • Workouts 1 and 2: Due Friday, March 25 at 12:00 PM PT.
  • Workouts 3 and 4: Due Saturday, March 26 at 12:00 PM PT
  • Workout 5: Due Sunday, March 27 at 12:00 PM PT.

When will the leaderboard be updated: Similar to the CrossFit Open, the leaderboard will be updated after the score submission deadline each day.

Workout 1

For time:
50 dumbbell walking lunges
30 handstand push-ups
40 front-rack walking lunges
20 deficit handstand push-ups
30 overhead walking lunges
10 strict handstand push-ups

2 50-lb. dumbbells, 3.5 inch deficit / 2 35-lb. dumbbells, 2 inch deficit

Time cap: 15 min.

Workout 2

3 rounds for time:

30 alternating single-leg squats
30 GHD sit-ups
10 muscle-ups

Time cap: 15 min.

Workout 3

For time:

8-16-24-32-24-16-8 wall-ball shots
4-8-12-16-12-8-4 shuttle runs
1-2-3-4-3-2-1 rope climbs

20-lb. ball, 10-ft. target, 50-ft. shuttle run / 14-lb. ball, 10-ft. target, 50-ft. shuttle run

Time cap: 25 min.

Workout 4

The Other Total

1 clean
1 bench press
1 overhead squat

Time cap: 30 min.

30 calorie row
20 burpee box jump-overs
10 snatches

185 lb., 24 in. / 135 lb., 20 in.

Time cap: 7 min.
