Sara Sigmundsdottir is arguably one of the most well-liked and cheered for athletes in CrossFit. It’s hard to find someone in the community that doesn’t enjoy watching her on the competition floor. But after tearing her ACL at the beginning of her 2021 season, there have been several questions about if she’s ready to compete, and if so, how competitive is she after her recovery.

Morning Chalk Up’s Lauren Kalil sits down with Chance Ingraham and Meredith Root to discuss whether she has a true chance to make it back to the Games this season, whether she is past her prime, and what he fitness looks like relative to the rest of the women field.
