Crossfitter Endorsed Red Light Therapy Brand Kineon Seeking Investors

Kineon, the brand behind the red light therapy device taking over the CrossFit space, is asking for support from the community and individuals to invest in the brand as it rapidly grows.
The light therapy company launched a product called the “MOVE+ Pro LED & Laser,” which is a portable and convenient red light therapy device that aids in treating joint pain and inflammation. The company sold 9K units between September of 2022 and July of 2023, and has $3.5 million in sales value.
Remind me: The Kineon MOVE+ is a painless and non-invasive therapy that uses enhanced light therapy and is backed by elite crossfitters, such as Travis Mayer and Emily Rolfe. Morning Chalk Up’s very own writer Teaganne Finn tried the device for a month and did a review of the product and found it to work very well.
- “Kineon is a biotech company that is dedicated to changing the way we approach chronic pain,” said COO/Founder Tom Sanderson. “We aim to provide a meaningful alternative to pharmaceuticals.”
- The company’s offering is on the platform StartEngine; price per share starts at $1, with a minimum investment starting at $500.
- Kineon previously raised $1.4 million on Indiegogo and achieved $3.5 million in TTM (trailing twelve months) with 23% MoM (month-over-month) revenue growth.
- “By investing in Kineon, individuals have the chance to support a company that aims to make a positive impact on healthcare, improving the lives of the largest number of people,” said Sanderson.
Kineon’s target is the chronic pain market, which is expected to reach $142.5 billion by 2033, according to Kineon. The company’s red light therapy device the MOVE+ is aiming to reach this group of individuals in an easy and accessible way.
The way the device works is by placing the four modules onto the area in pain, turn it on, and let the device run its cycle which runs in five minute increments. The suggested duration is 15 minutes, which would be three cycles through the device. It’s painless and simple and can be used any time of day and really anywhere.
A number of notable CrossFit athletes have endorsed the MOVE+, including Brooke Wells, Ricky Garard, Christian Harris, among others. The company had a booth at the NOBULL CrossFit Games and has become very popular on social media.
“By investing in Kineon, you’re not only supporting our mission to develop revolutionary devices, but also investing in a world where pain relief is accessible and life-changing for everyone,” said Sanderson.
