                        | Be Loud. Be You. Be a BEAST.We love goodr sunglasses, so we asked their CEO, Carl the Flamingo, to send us a list of fitness do’s & don’ts. This is what he sent back: “DO: Hit your macros. DON’T: Hit someone talking about macroeconomics, even if they’re suuuuper boring. DO: Wear minimal clothing for a workout. DON’T: Wear minimal clothing for a funeral. DO: Talk about how much you hate burpees. DON’T: Ask strangers in the gym bathroom if they want to see a “burpee,” and burp while you pee. DO: Be Loud. Be You. Be a BEAST. DON’T: Be Quiet. Be Me. Be a PEST.” Uh…thanks, Carl. goodr’s sunglasses have polarized lenses, don’t slip or bounce, and start at just $25. | |
