“I'm different than most people. When I cross the finish line of a big race, I see that people are ecstatic, but I'm thinking about what I'm going to do tomorrow. It's as if my journey is everlasting, and there is no finish line.”- David Goggins

Sara Sigmundsdottir is Ready to Crush the Europe Semifinal, Then Recover with the MOVE+ Pro
Sara’s plan of attack for this weekend:
Qualify for her 7th CrossFit Games
Recover and stay injury-free with the MOVE+ Pro
Nags and pains can keep athletes from reaching their full potential. That was the case for Sara Sigmundsdottir before she added the MOVE+ Pro to her regular routine.
“When you are in pain, your body does not allow you to commit fully to training,” said Sara. “So it’s very important to minimize all of those small pains, so you can continue on a good momentum for training.”

Look Good and Feel Good this Summer
Summer is just about here and hopefully you’re ready for all the sun, fun, and time spent outside! I’ve put together a list of some of the things that will give you the biggest bang for your buck to have you not only looking good but feeling good this summer too.
2023 CrossFit Semifinal Preview: Far East Throwdown
The 2023 CrossFit Games Semifinals stage enters its third and final week on Friday June 2nd, and runs through until the 4th. Throughout the three days, 28 individual women and 29 individual men will be taking the competition floor at Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (BEXCO) in Busan, South Korea.
After completing all 7 tests programmed for the 2023 Semifinals, just 6 percent of the athletes — or, 2 women and 2 men — will progress to the final stage of competition: The 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games.
Who will wind up in Wisconsin in August, however, is as unknown and unknowable as CrossFit. As it goes, the top athlete from each division will not be competing.
Missing in action
On the women’s side, the dominant Seung-Yeon Choi will be absent due to a nagging shoulder injury.
Meanwhile, the usual shoo-in on the men’s side at the Asia Semifinal, Roman Khrennikov, competed in North America East earlier in May.
In a move uncharacteristic of CrossFit athletes, the podium-finisher relocated from Russian to Cookeville, Tennessee, along with his wife Anastasiya Khrennikov and son. As a result, he competed in an arguably more-competitive Semifinal this year where he finished 4th overall.
So, while the Russian athlete will be competing at the 2023 Games, he will not be competing this weekend.
Women
Aside from Choi, last year Seher Kaya was the other individual woman to qualify out of Asia in the 2022 Asia Far East Semifinal. The two placed first and second at the event, respectively, by a significant 50+ point margin.
In the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit games, the two women were neck-and-neck from start-to-finish. Choi placed 26th overall, while Seher Kaya placed 29th. Despite how close the two finished to one another, Choi has long been considered the most dominant athlete from the Asian region.
How to Watch: The 2023 Far East Throwdown and Schedule of Events
The 2023 CrossFit Games Semifinals conclude this weekend and in Asia, that means the Far East Throwdown, the only event at this stage taking place on the continent. The three-day competition will be held at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center in Busan, South Korea and the top 2 women, 2 men and 2 team finishers will advance to the CrossFit Games later this summer.
Here’s a complete roster of the 29 men, 28 women and 20 teams who are competing.
How to Watch: The 2023 Europe Semifinal and Schedule of Events
It’s the final week of the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games Semifinals and Europe will host the only Semifinal event of the season on the continent. The four-day competition will be held at Max-Schmeling-Halle in Berlin, Germany and the top 11 women, 11 men and 10 team finishers will advance to the CrossFit Games later this summer.
Here’s a complete roster of the 60 men, 60 women and 41 teams who are competing.

Reebok Kicks Off Pride Month with Line of GenderLess Clothing
With the arrival of Pride Month, comes the launch of Reebok’s 2023 Pride collection: Unity by Reebok.
Reebok has put out a Pride line every June since 2019. In years passed, the line has included trainers with rainbow-inspired colorwaves and pride-themed graphic tees.
This year, however, the iconic brand is taking a step towards greater gender inclusivity and with a line-up of gender-less apparel and footwear.
Design by Reebok’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, Colorful Sole, Unity by Reebok line was made so that anybody — no matter their body shape, size, or silhouette — can wear the items.
Here’s the thing: Reebok isn’t the first fitness clothing brand to launch a gender-free, genderless, or gender-neutral clothing line. Over the last two years, athleisure brands Girlfriend Collective released a Gender-Neutral collection, Merrell launched a size- and gender-inclusive Unlikely Hiker line, PrAna launched a Gender-Neutral capsule line, and Adidas added a Gender Neutral search option on their site.
