Awarded the 2016 Spirit of the Games award, Kara Webb has one of the most iconic and genuine personalities in CrossFit. But she’s a total goofball. And it’s because she consistently lives out the maxim “to thine own self be true” that we love her so very much.

1. We all have that one friend who just can’t take a normal photo. That’s Kara Webb.
2. Kara isn’t afraid to be herself when she’s out in public.
3. But her photobombing skills are a little questionable.
4. Kara gets really really into the Christmas spirit.

5. Chocolate holds a special place in Kara’s heart.
6. And she takes Karaoke night very seriously.
7. Kara also still hugs like she’s 7-years-old.
8. But she’s always ready to have a good time. She even brings her own champagne bottle.
9. Obviously one drink just isn’t enough for Kara.
10. No stretch is too awkward for Kara to help out her friends.
