CrossFit officially kicked off another way for you to test your fitness and have a darn good time doing it. It’s called the CrossFit Games Team Series.

What is that you ask?

 

…yeah basically. So here’s how to get started.

You’re going to need to grab a buddy and register on Games.CrossFit.Com

 

Of course they’ll say yes.

 

OK. It’s about time to start looking at the WODs for Week 1. P.S. You’ll need to do all four before Monday!

 

…Oh crap is right. But you got this.

After all, you’ve been practicing your toes-to-bar right?

 

Except you have to do 100 of them.

 

Gonna get spicy.

 

But no, not that spicy. At least there’s no running.

 

But there are a bunch of thrusters, burpees, double unders, chest-to-bar pull-ups, snatches, wall balls and some rowing.

 

This is true. We forgot about the 225/155# power cleans.

 

We do too, but the only way to get one is to signup and go get one, and it’s going to feel AWESOME.

See, we told ya.

And when it’s all over, you’re going to be pretty proud.

 

Also pretty hungry.

 

And of course you’ll brag to your friends.
