Fifth and Final Workout Closes out the 10th Open

The fifth and final week of the 10th CrossFit Open kicked off at Reebok HQ in Boston, MA. While Annie Thorisdottir and Patrick Vellner squared off in Boston, Willy Georges and Streat Hoerner threw down in France.

  • Fun Fact: This is the first time chest-to-bar pull-ups have not been programmed in the CrossFit Open. There are now only four movements that have been programmed in every Open: toes-to-bar, double-under, thrusters, and muscle-ups (ring and/or bar).
