A Peek Inside the NOBULL Athlete Check-In Experience
The 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games are finally here, and the official kick off to Games week is highlighted by the check-in process for the athletes where the reality of the week ahead sets in amidst the nerves and excitement that come with competing.
The crown jewel of check-in is the athlete kit experience, where athletes receive their official uniforms, footwear, and all the various accessories needed to tackle the tests ahead of them. With 2021 being NOBULL’s first go as the title sponsor, I took a peek behind the curtain to see what this year’s process would look like for the competitors.
The vibe: Located in the same place as year’s past, athletes are greeted by their own personal concierge that will tend to them as they go through the process. Design-wise the aesthetics that have been a cornerstone of the NOBULL brand - clean colors and straightforward elements like wood, stone, and wrought iron - give an understated but salient environment.
