Are You Putting Your Coaches on the Fast Track to Burnout?

Jason Khalipa knows a thing or two about longevity in CrossFit.
The 2008 CrossFit Games champion, who opened NorCal CrossFit that year, can only be described as an OG, and is still as invested as ever in fitness today.
Khalipa owns the NCFIT brand, a brand that has locations around the world, while his days usually involve cycling between the seven locations in the Bay Area in California.
Through the years, Khalipa has learned a few tricks about how to prevent coaches from burning out, thus keeping them happy and motivated and able to pursue a lifelong coaching career.
