Should CrossFit Owners and Coaches Be Paid More?
At the end of 2022, the Two-Brain Business gym mentorship company, in collaboration with software companies PushPress, Wodify and TeamUp, put out their third “State of the Industry” report that looks at everything from coach and owner pay, to client retention, average client value, the cost of opening a gym, to the size of gym in relation to profit. The report included 10,657 gyms, 60 percent of which are CrossFit gyms.
Two big findings that jumped out as areas in need of some serious improvement were in the areas of owner and coach pay.
