Is Your Client Retention Better than Average?

As an affiliate owner, losing clients is (unfortunately) par for the course. Just like you’re not going to sell everyone, you’re not going to keep everyone for five-plus years.

But still, there’s a pang of pain any time a client quits. First you start to question what you did wrong, which is usually accompanied by a secondary pang because a little more money is about to go down the drain. And ultimately, you’re left feeling like gym ownership is a whole lot of two steps forward, one-and-a-half steps back.

And while you might think your client retention is pretty good, a new State of the Industry Report that included 10,657 gyms put out by Two-Brain Business gym mentorship company,  in collaboration with software companies PushPress, Wodify and TeamUp, suggests the average client's length of engagement in our industry probably a whole lot less than you think.
