NORTH AMERICA WEST SEMIFINALS
   

The 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games North America West Semifinal in Pasadena, CA kicks off day three of competition, where individual athletes will take on Semifinals Linda and teams will get a chance to show off their strength. Your leaders at the end of day two were Brent Fikowski, Bethany Shadburne and CrossFit Invictus. The 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games South America Semifinal, Copa Sur is rolling into its second of three days of competition. The competition is being held at the Arena Carioca | Parque Olimpico in Rio de Janiero, Brazil and begins today. The 2023 Torian Pro (Oceania Semifinal) is wrapping up its second day of competition as the western hemisphere is waking. Teams battled through single-leg squats, handstand pirouettes, and machine madness in Tests 3 and 4, while the individual athletes took on Semifinals Linda, and a run/snatch duo in Tests 3, 4, and 5 in Brisbane, Queensland.
