The 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games North America West Semifinal in Pasadena, CA kicks off day three of competition, where individual athletes will take on Semifinals Linda and teams will get a chance to show off their strength. The 2023 Torian Pro (Oceania Semifinal) is wrapping up its second day of competition as the western hemisphere is waking. Teams battled through single-leg squats, handstand pirouettes, and machine madness in Tests 3 and 4, while the individual athletes took on Semifinals Linda, and a run/snatch duo in Tests 3, 4, and 5 in Brisbane, Queensland.
