2022 CrossFit Team Quarterfinals Test Descriptions

The 2022 CrossFit Games Team Quarterfinal workouts are officially released. Like the Individual Quarterfinals, the five workout scores are due periodically throughout the competition, which wraps up Sunday, April 10 at 12:00 PM PT.

Score submission schedule:

  • Workouts 1 and 2: Due Friday, April 8 at 12:00 PM PT.
  • Workouts 3 and 4: Due Saturday, April 9 at 12:00 PM PT.
  • Workout 5: Due Sunday, April 10 at 12:00 PM PT.

When will the leaderboard be updated: Similar to the the Individual Quarterfinals, the leaderboard will be updated after the score submission deadline each day.

Workout 1

For time:

30 DB front squats (M1) + 3 HS walks (F1)
30 DB front squats (F1) + 3 HS walks (M1)
30 DB front squats (M2) + 3 HS walks (F2)
30 DB front squats (F2) + 3 HS walks (M2)
Then,
4 DB front-rack lunge lengths (M1) + 3 HS walks (F1)
4 DB front-rack lunge lengths (F1) + 3 HS walks (M1)
4 DB front-rack lunge lengths (M2) + 3 HS walks (F2)
4 DB front-rack lunge lengths (F2) + 3 HS walks (M2)
Then,
30 single-leg squats (M1) + 3 HS walks (F1)
30 single-leg squats (F1) + 3 HS walks (M1)
30 single-leg squats (M2) + 3 HS walks (F2)
30 single-leg squats (F2) + 3 HS walks (M2)

2×35-lb. dumbbells / 2×50-lb. dumbbells
1 handstand walk/lunge length = 25 ft (7.62 m)

Time cap: 20 minutes

15 synchronized line-facing burpees

125, 145, 155, 165, 185 lb (56, 65, 70, 75, 83 kg) / 185, 205, 225, 245, 275 lb (83, 93, 102, 111, 125 kg) 

Time cap: 7 minutes

Workout 4

Format: FF/MM

For time, starting with the women:

40 synchro toes-to-bars
30 synchro box jumps
20 synchro alternating dumbbell snatches
10 rope climbs (total)
20 synchro alternating dumbbell snatches
30 synchro box jumps
40 synchro toes-to-bars

When the women have finished, the men complete the workout.

50-lb (22.50-kg) dumbbell, 24-in (61-cm) box, 15-ft rope / 70-lb (32.5-kg) dumbbell, 30-in (76-cm) box, 15-ft rope

Time cap: 30 minutes

Workout 5

In relay style with one athlete working at a time, complete the following for time:

27 thrusters, weight 1
21 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters, weight 2
9 ring muscle-ups

Order: M1/F1/M2/F2

65, then 95 lb (29, then 43 kg) / 95, then 135 lb (43, then 61 kg)

Time cap: 20 min.
