The Five Habits of Highly Successful (and Fit) People

Over the past three years, my partner Alex Parker and our team of coaches at Tactic Nutrition have had the great honor of working with almost 2,000 people on their fitness and nutrition. This is not to brag, it’s just to say that the patterns I am about to highlight have some meat behind them.
This needs to be said first – not everyone has the goal of getting lean, ripped, or muscular. Those physical attributes are not required to live a happy and healthy life, and honestly a lot of people would be happier and healthier if they stopped chasing purely aesthetic goals. But the reality is, weight loss and leaning out is the most common goal that comes across our desk.
