FITTEST IN CAPE TOWN
We are halfway through the final day at the Fittest in Cape Town (depending on when you are opening this) and the competition is hot and heavy with only one Games spot on the line for each division. CrossFit Commit Okavango holds on to the lead among the teams, but it is only 5 points.
