Fuel Yourself to Bigger PRs
Here’s the cold hard truth.
If you’re slacking on your nutrition, you won’t perform at your best.
So if you’re serious about hitting new PRs, it’s time to start thinking about your diet.
Thankfully, you don’t have to think too hard–the RP Diet Coach app can do all the work for you. The app will build and guide you through a custom diet, step-by-step. All you need to do is to focus on what you do best: training.
And with the new update, you can move macros around as needed. Enjoy date night, special occasions, or shift around macros to suit you. Results and added flexibility.
