5 Fitness Inspired Videos to Watch While You’re Stuck at Home

We get it. You’re stuck at home crushing repeats on Netflix while trying to convince yourself to drop down for your 5th day straight of burpees, couch squats and (insert other bodyweight movement of choice). After you wrap up binge-watching Tiger King, here are a few fitness inspiring videos to keep you motivated.

1. Fran: Fitness Related Awesome News with Jacob Heppner

A new uplifting video series from Jacob Heppner, Fran explores the positive side of the coronavirus quarantine with uplifting news across the globe. Heppner and his Corgi sidekick co-host Winston will be dropping one episode a week to bring 10-minutes of joy to your day.

2. The Prison Games

Brute Strength is back at it again, this time sending Games athletes Zach and Ryan Sowder to PRISON to throwdown against inmates at the Alfred D. Hughes Unit Maximum Security Prison in Gatesville, TX.

3. Jessica Griffith: Spirit of Excellence Parts `1 and 2

Follow four-time Games athlete (3 team and 1 individual) as she takes on the 2019-2020 CrossFit Games season. After nabbing second place at last year’s CrossFit Games team competition, Griffith went all in on individual competition this year. This docu-series follows Griffith through training and behind the scenes at the Wodapalooza CrossFit Festival.

4. Proving Grounds — Jeffrey Adler in Dubai

Proving Grounds is a four-episode mini-doc following Canadian national champion Jeffrey Adler behind the scenes as he takes on one of the biggest competitions of the CrossFit Games season: The Dubai CrossFit Championship.

Special guests: Jeffrey Adler, Patrick Vellner, Alexandre Caron, Caroline Lambray, Justin LoFranco, Tommy Marquez, and Niki Brazier.

5. The Fittest Documentary

Directors Marston Sawyers and Heber Cannon need no introduction. They’re back with the highly anticipated Fittest documentary, which was thankfully released early, follows the big changes that rippled through the CrossFit community last season as well as chronicling the 2019 CrossFit Games.
